Sweet Sojourn is a stunning three-level beach house that blends contemporary design with coastal charm. With accent lighting, large windows that let in plenty of sunshine, and a breezy screened-in porch, this home is perfect for soaking in the salty air all day long. Located in the coveted north end of Sandbridge, and situated on a spacious waterfront lot, Sweet Sojourn provides easy access to the wide, white sandy beach just across the street.

An elevator services all three levels of the home, making it convenient for everyone. You’ll also find outside access to the first and second floors, along with a spiral staircase leading to the third floor, offering a unique and fun way to move between levels.

On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy family room with a large flatscreen TV, a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, a freestanding ice maker, and a bath. The second floor opens into a spacious great room that connects seamlessly with the kitchen, which features countertop bar seating for seven. The screened-in porch, accessible via a pass-through from the kitchen, is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, equipped with a table and ceiling fan for added comfort. This floor also houses three of the five bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private bath, and two queen bedrooms that share a full bath.

The third floor includes two additional bedrooms—one with two twin beds and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks. A shared hall bath services both rooms. Overlooking the second-floor great room, the third-floor loft offers extra space and an airy feel, thanks to the home’s abundance of windows.

Outside, the home’s amenities continue to impress. Enjoy two spacious tiled outdoor showers, a breezeway with two full hammocks, a grill, and two swinging hammock chairs—all illuminated by LED string lights for those relaxing evening moments. The large floating dock, complete with bench seating, is perfect for launching kayaks or simply sitting back to enjoy the view.

A checkerboard table with game pieces in the backyard adds a playful touch, ideal for some fun family time. The dock, surrounded by rip-rap bordering, is also great for fishing, crabbing, or exploring the nearby canals by kayak.

With high-end appliances, unique lighting throughout, and plenty of spaces to relax and reconnect, Sweet Sojourn is the perfect retreat for a memorable vacation.

We had the best time at Sweet Sojourn!
What a wonderful home!

It was spacious, clean, with lots of storage. The kids' room was BEYOND our childrens' wildest dreams! This room was just incredible, fully stocked with toys, a swinging chair, comfy bean bags, games, etc.

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and clean (we especially loved the awesome LED mirrors! wow!) hammocks were divine, and the dock was perfect so we could rent kayaks and have a put-in for the week.

The owners really thought of everything. You can see the attention to detail at every turn. They were also phenomenal to work with, as was the whole team at Sandbridge Realty. Their service team even brought our trash cans in for us!

I am telling you, we have never experienced such attention to detail, and just general kindness from the owners and rental team.

After being in quarantine with our family since early Spring, having the opportunity to vacation here was an absolute dream come true. We also appreciated how graciously the owners and Sandbridge Realty team handled our need to switch dates due to COVID-19. The drive-thru key pickup was also safe and efficient.

I could go on and on about how fabulous our stay was. We enjoyed memorable family dinners on the generous screened-in porch every night. We had a short, straight path right to the beach. We kayaked and paddle-boarded from the dock every day. This location could not be any better. Our kids enjoyed bike riding around the quite, tree-lined neighborhood almost daily.

We hope to come back to Sweet Sojourn in the future!

We had 3 different families with a total of 5 kids at the beach house. House was beautifully decorated and was extremely comfortable and clean. Screened porch off the family room was great when kids wanted to play outside but we could stay inside and keep an eye on them. Patio on the side of the house provided a great breezeway. I wished the house was stocked with cooking items and toiletries but we had an amazing stay. Also, just a sidenote...downstairs kid area was fantastic but only internally accessible via elevator. Therefore, younger kids could only go down there if an adult was with them

The home, location, & amenities were great. Quick walk to beach, screened porch, outdoor showers, lots of useful kitchen supplies in perfect condition were a huge part of a super week. Altho we didn’t have all planned guests & didn’t require an elevator, it was great to move all the luggage & groceries. This was our first time in Sandbridge; we loved the beach (no crowds) & the bicycle paths in the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve & False Cape State Park. We’d vacation there again! There was a bit of dust in some places upon arrival. Owner may want cleaning svc to return prior to guests, if there’s a long break between. Some instructions for stove & microwave may be helpful. Also, microwave buttons were very hard to press to get it to work. The maintenance team was very responsive to our call regarding slow draining bathroom sinks. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We loved Sweet Sojourn!
