Start each day by grabbing your stored beach gear from the private, secured, ground-level storage closet, conveniently located near the pool and beach entrances. You'll also have access to the owner's beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, all without the hassle of crossing busy streets on your way to the sand.

After a day of sun and surf, return home to unwind with a favorite movie on the 65-inch HDTV and Blu-ray player in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and DVD player, offering everyone a space to relax. Prepare a delicious meal in the fully appointed kitchen, while your sous chefs keep you company at the bar-height breakfast counter. For added convenience, the condo also includes a full-size laundry room and free high-speed WiFi.

The Sanctuary community offers fantastic on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is Little Island Park with its 400-foot fishing pier, children's playground, and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering beach access and scenic hiking trails.

Things to Know
  • The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

The unit was in excellent condition, clean, and was plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed the easy beach access, as well as having multiple pools on property. We've stayed in the Sandbridge area several times and would be quite happy to reserve this unit again.
