Great weather, great house, great time had by all. The house is a wonderful place to stay in place and enjoy. The tiki bar is a fun place to hang and enjoy the day!

Love this house. Great layout.Tons of deck space and outdoor furniture. We’ve rented this house 5 time already and coming back next year. The house is always clean and everything works and kept up very nice

Awesome time. Great house really enjoyed the bar by the pool. Lots of use of the pool. Nice having ping pong and pool table. Stayed in this house several years

Great week away at the beach even though most nearby stores and shops were closed. Pools abs hot tub were very, staff was responsive when needed and waking up to the ocean was amazing. Clean home with excellent amenities.

We have been at Seaside Serenade for the past several years, so we are obviously pleased with the house, facilities and amenities. It works well for us, as we have 16 adults and, in 2020, will have 8 children from infancy to age 4. The two separate living levels work well for our family. We made some recommendations and requests in our last evaluation, which we hope will be addressed. Other recommendations in the past were addressed, which we appreciate. We have requested a gate at the top deck, as we are very concerned about the little ones going down the stairs. We hope this can be remedied.

This is my 7th consecutive year at Sandbridge and sadly my last. I have rented more expensive and less expensive properties but overall this has been the best property. It has everything we needed without amenities we didnt need. There were 12 of us seniors and spent most of our time at the residence except for trips to the Food Lion, Margie and Rays Restaurant and Ocean Eddies in Va Beach. It was spacious, comfortable and the beach access was wonderful There was a wedding next door the weekend we arrived but the guests were cool and the rest of the time it was quiet. Overall a wonderful property and a wonderful experience.
