Things to Know
  • There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
  • The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar mainly chosen to be near our son's rental house. The only drawback was the traffic right off the outdoor area however we were rarely out there. We very much appreciated Sandbridge Realty giving us a reduced rate since we were only able to rent for 4 nights. The beach was beautiful!

I had an amazing 3 month rental. I seriously felt like I was home. I would highly recommend this open concept condo walking distance from the beach! Jen and the staff at Sandbridge Realty took such great care of me!!!
