Each bedroom suite is thoughtfully furnished and equipped to provide a relaxing, stress-free vacation experience. Three bedrooms feature queen beds, while the fourth offers a full-size over twin bunk bed set with an additional twin trundle. All bedrooms are outfitted with TVs featuring premium Cox cable channels, dressers or closet storage, easy bathroom access, and comfortable seating or private balcony access.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
  • The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

We were thrilled with B238Getta Tan! The owners have furnished it perfectly for a family to enjoy! The condo was spacious and we loved the wrap-around deck for sunrise views and sunset bay views. The Sanctuary employees were kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and check-out was easy! Sanctuary has thought of everything to make a stay perfect.

We had a wonderful time here. The views and location were spectacular, the apartment was super clean, and amenities were great (library, gym, etc). Very well-maintained. We hope to return soon!

My husband and I loved our stay. Very clean, spacious, and with spectacular views. The amenities of the condos were also wonderful; super gym, library. We stayed off-season, so we can't comment on the pools and such, but the rest was great. Quiet, right on the beach, and great staff who work hard. As full-time writers looking for some peace, it was perfect, and we hope to return again soon.
