Stroll along the private boardwalk and savor the peaceful sounds of the Atlantic, or unwind on the balcony overlooking the Back Bay Natural Wildlife Preserve. Aqua Pelican is thoughtfully decorated with your comfort in mind, providing plenty of room and amenities.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts modern stainless steel GE appliances, perfect for the discerning chef. Enjoy the convenience of a Keurig coffee maker and grinder for your morning brew. The comfortably furnished living area is ideal for family gatherings in the evenings.

The main bedroom features a comfortable bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-double bunk and a second twin bunk, ensuring plenty of room for everyone! Once you experience your vacation at Aqua Pelican, we’re sure it will become your go-to destination year after year.

Your stay includes access to the condo's amenities at no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers..

Things to Know
  • The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
