My husband and my two sons and their families came to Sandbridge for the first time in August 2020. We loved the location as two were coming from NC and one from outside of Richmond. No one had to travel all day. The area is very family oriented which was great as we had kids ranging from 12 to 2. We are very much beach folks so having rented right across the street from the beach access was outstanding. We loved the house location as it was much less crowded at this end than we saw further down. We rented a house with a pool which was terrific. The house was comfortable for all of us and we had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. We are coming back but have chosen a different house this time. Since this year was our first year we wanted to compare another place.

We really enjoyed our vacation rental!! The drive through express check-in was convenient and quick! The house was clean and lovely! We loved every moment of our stay! The staff was amazing and always responded quickly to any questions I may have had leading up to our stay! The first time we used the grill, we ran out of propane, and as soon as we called to get a refill, we had an immediate response and a staff member arrived ASAP! Thanks so much for the wonderful experience! Will be back for sure!!

Phenomenal location in the quiet but active North end of Sandbridge, the The Real Thing II was a perfect beach home for a week for our group of 7! The layout is great, everything was clean and new. Tough decisions were made daily about enjoying the beach or lounging by the large, clean pool! The amazing deck was perfect for daily hanging out and nightly gatherings and the deck sunroom was an amazing spot to take work calls and lounge around with a book in the evenings. Bottom line: this is one of the best places we have stayed in our 6 years visiting the area. We'll be back!!
