Enjoy a large (24 feet x 36 feet) private swimming pool, a game room with a Ping-Pong table, two floors of east-facing decks, and three floors of west-facing decks to cover both sunrises and sunsets.

This custom-built family home comes complete with eight bedrooms (six with private bathrooms), a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and an island, and an enormous second-floor great room with gorgeous views. Each room is beautifully furnished, with hardwood floors and tile in the gathering rooms.

Additional features include 10 TVs, cable service, high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, a gas grill, picnic tables, plentiful outdoor seating, an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), basketball, and three refrigerators.

  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
  • The fireplace is not for guest use.

Our group of 3 families with 17 total had plenty of room in this lovely, large home. The location was great, path to the beach right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. The pool was great and had lots of chairs around it. No issues during our stay. Our only complaint would be the sheets and towels provided with the rental. They were not of good quality.
