Take in ocean and bay views from the wrap-around screened porch, and bask in the cool breezes of a splendid sunrise or colorful sunset. A sparkling 20-foot x 40-foot pool, a volleyball net, and horseshoes add to the fun of the oversize backyard. Pool furniture abounds on the deck surrounding the pool, and twin patio dining sets provide additional dining options on the screened porch and the covered lower deck.

This is a great house for two families to share or for families with older children. The separate downstairs (which is accessed from the outside only) includes one of the four bedrooms, a full bathroom and a game room with a pool table, a beverage refrigerator, and a TV. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

We had a great week! The house was great. Pool was a little chilly but it did rain for the first three days we were there. Plenty of cards, puzzle building and eating
during that time! We enjoyed the screened porch as well.
A short walk to the beach - although the kids couldn’t decide - go to the beach or
go to the pool!! it was all wonderful! With all of the COVID-19 worries, the house was extremely clean. We came armed with Lysol, Clorox cleanups, etc. and really didn’t need to use when we checked in.
