Take a swim in the ocean just off the extended deck at Bella Brezza, where you'll be treated to panoramic, beachfront views of the Atlantic Ocean. Lounge by the private outdoor pool, take a dip in your very own indoor pool at any time of year, and enjoy a family vacation or reunion you'll remember for years to come.

This luxe oceanfront home features a number of wonderful updates: six bedrooms were completely remodeled in 2021, while 2020 brought an expanded beachfront deck, the outdoor pool, and a remodeled kitchen and second floor.

The house offers fantastic amenities on each of the three levels, making it the perfect spot for extended families, family reunions, corporate retreats, or getaways with golf buddies or friends. The kitchen features two refrigerators, two ranges, three ovens, two dishwashers, and a commercial ice maker for a nearly unlimited ice supply. Multiple gathering areas allow ample room to spread out, and the large dining space provides seating for all. Imagine Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner here!

When it comes to entertainment, there's a commercial arcade system with Pac-Man, Galaga, and much more in the game room, which also includes a commercial air hockey table, a pool table, a foosball table, and a bar table for card-playing. An Xbox 360 has been added to the theater room, which contains 16 seats and a 75-inch screen for viewing your favorite games, movies, and sports events.

There are flatscreen smart cable TVs in the great room overlooking the ocean, the game room, and all of the bedrooms. Other sources of entertainment include high-speed WiFi, Blu-ray players, and an outdoor basketball hoop.

Of the 11 bedrooms throughout the home, 10 have attached bathrooms, including two large suites on the third floor which overlook the ocean. The best views of the beach are from those two suites, the new multi-level back decks, and the great room with a fireplace. The new extended decks also offer patio dining for memorable evenings or mornings watching the sunrise.

Bella Brezza includes an extensive array of luxury amenities in a beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean setting. There was something for everyone in our multi-generational group, and all had a great time! From the indoor and outdoor pools to the spacious, fully appointed kitchen, to the game room and theater, to the renovated bathrooms and decks with splendid beach views, the owners made Bella Brezza an ideal destination. There was plenty of room for our entire group to gather for meals, and there was ample parking for all our cars. We enjoyed being together and still had space for individual, quiet time. What a special place; we can’t wait to return!

Bella Brezza was the perfect spot for our spur of the moment sister/niece get-a-way. My family, of 25, have been coming to Sandbridge every August for the past 12 years, and have stayed at many properties e.g. Regency, Regency North, Aria, Royal Shell, Over the Moon, etc. so we have high expectations of what we want in a property. Bella Brezza met all of our needs and expectations. The house was clean, except for a small problem with linen in one of the bedrooms, which was immediately addressed and corrected, and had all the amenities we need. It also had one of the best stocked kitchens of any house we had stayed in. The house was perfect for the 11 of us, however if your group is large, please note 3 of the bedrooms are bunk beds rooms, and the remaining 8 are queen or king. There are no twin double or twin queen rooms and 2 of the bunk beds rooms do not have in-suite bathrooms or closets. The indoor pool was great, and being able to swim any time of the day was perfect. All rooms had flat screens, and a great theatre room. I would stay at this property again, and would recommend it.

We had a very very good time! The house was clean and met our expectations! However, I was a little shocked that the house was primary an empty shell for it to be that big. The house did not have trash bags for any of the trash cans, only 1/3 bottle of dish detergent, and other general maintenance supplies that should have been stocked up in the house to take care of the maximum amount of guest that are allowed. I didnt expect to have to purchase those items for our planned stay.

I have submitted at least three of these reviews and mentioned that we all got chlorine poisoning from the first night in the pool. It was only used that one night because the pool company over chlorinated it and we all had issues breathing and coughing afterwards.

Everyone was amazed. Bringing the family together in a clean & private environment was just what we needed. Everyone had their privacy but there were plenty of common spaces and fun things to do. 5 days there was perfect, even with us all staying there about 80% of the time. The beach view was incredible! Only downside was it was missing some essentials like hand soap and sugar and salt and pepper. Bring extra beach and pool towels too!

We had a wonderful week in this lovely, newly renovated home. It was our 2nd year at Va Beach and we intend to return often. Sandbridge Realty has proven to be very professional and responsive. Their property descriptions are accurate and their property management has been first class. We had one significant issue at the end of our stay and could not have been more satisfied with their attitude and response.

We had a wonderful visit to Sandbridge, Va. and the Bella Brezza vacation home was perfect. The layout of the home was perfect and beach front was beautiful. The added bonus was the commercial ice maker which was great. The kitchen was well equipped with all that you need.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Bella Brezza ! First of all, please tell the owners that they have provided their guests with a beautiful home! Our entire family had a jaw-dropping experience. The game room, the theatre, the TWO pools, the well appointed kitchen, the smart flooring choice, the open and airy gathering spaces. AND--- being oceanside was the best! It was extraordinary. The swimming pool was an added bonus to the beach. All the bedrooms had in suite bathrooms, giving individuals/families each some sense of privacy, while the community areas (living room, kitchen, dining, game room and theater room) offered more than ample space for everyone to gather. The house is centrally (and ideally) located to some small shops and beach rental equipment, and just a short 5-10 minute drive to larger grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. Bella Brezza provided a perfect setting for one of the best beach vacations I have ever had!

Our family vacation here was the culmination of two years of searching and we couldnt have been more pleased with the results!My husband and I were looking for a house to accommodate our entire immediate family of 30 ( six children, their spouses and our 16 grandchildren) in order to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!We found the perfect property in Bella Brezza!Its many bedrooms and baths afforded the adults all the privacy they needed and the large open space in the common areas made it perfect for meals, karoaking and reconnecting!With its location on the beach, indoor pool, game room and theater room its as though it was tailormade for our family!
