Step through the sliding glass doors onto the private balcony, where you can unwind to the lively sounds of the courtyard pool and the beach beyond. It's the perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail to relax and recharge.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides seating for everyone and offers a great space for family meals. The chef of the group will love the modern kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of pantry and refrigerator space. Whether you're cooking up a feast with fresh local seafood or grabbing a quick bite at the wraparound high-top granite bar, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free dining experience.

After a fun day at the beach, retreat to the spacious main bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, plenty of closet and dresser space, and a large comfortable bed. Wind down by watching your favorite shows on the smart TV with Blu-ray player, or step out onto the balcony through the private sliding doors to soak in the peaceful ocean sounds before turning in for the night.

Guests can also enjoy access to a variety of condo amenities, including three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers—all with no additional resort fees.

Things to Know
  • The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

This was our first time to Sandbridge beach, Va and it won’t be our last. The unit was clean, updated, not crowded with Knick knacks (a pet peeve of mine). I loved how they use a professional linen cleaning company. The linens and towels were in a bag wrapped individually. I can’t say enough about this place and I’m extremely picky when renting. Ready to book again!
