Two separate wings provide privacy, luxurious comfort, and panoramic ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Wrap-around decks with luxurious furniture provide a perfect spot to soak in panoramic ocean views, offering both comfort and unforgettable scenery.

Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a stereo, a Keurig coffee machine, ceiling fans, an outdoor shower, open porches, and a gas grill. The lower-level bedroom has outside access only. A 65-inch curved HDTV with a soundbar and speakers is in the living room for your listening and viewing enjoyment. Stream movies and music through the living room TV, while the main bedroom and south bedroom feature 45-inch HD flatscreen TVs.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at The Kottage. It’s a beautiful, cozy and welcoming home. Extremely well appointed and has everything one needs for a good stay. Excellent property for children since the property is fenced and has a great sandy play area.
