For the adventurer, consider a jet-ski tour of the Back Bay waters, biking or hiking the miles of expansive trails at False Cape Wildlife Sanctuary, or casting a line off the public fishing pier at Little Island Pier, right next door. Enjoy the awesome condominium amenities, including three outdoor swimming pools, two fitness centers, two libraries, and outdoor Viking grills with ample seating for family gatherings in the poolside courtyard. If you’re in the mood for nightlife, you’re just a 20-minute drive from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, brimming with bars, clubs, and restaurants.

Multiple farms are within a 10-minute drive, and conveniently located right across the street is SB Famous 'Baja,' along with a brand-new Mexican restaurant in the Sanctuary complex. In the condo, whip up a meal in the fully appointed kitchen, equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a small breakfast bar with bar-height stool seating for a quick bite before heading out to the beach! Outside in the first-floor poolside courtyard, you can grill up a feast on one of the Viking gas grills while enjoying the teak-style patio seating. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
  • The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Stayed in B-209. Photos online proved accurate. Very nice condo.Problems with washing machine (not emptying water) and dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Early morning construction noise somewhat annoying. (8:30 am.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the check-in process until we left! UNIT has a hand truck dolly for future renters ease in lugging up items in the very close elevator.
Our annual escape to Sandbridge was memorable including a beaching sea turtle. B209 was our best rental in years and will return to this unit again.
